The prices below reflect photos for the use of your MLS listings, Rental listings, and for your use (the buyer) advertising the property for sale or rent on social media platforms. For any additional uses or ownership for other people, companies, or establishments, please always contact the photographer.
Packages for Real Estate:
- Livin’ Large – $275
- 35-45 edited listing photos, 2D floor plan (up to 4,000 SQFT. For more, Quote), *parcel line photo, Virtual twilight photo.
- Home Sweet Home – $250
- 25-35 edited listing photos, 2D floor plan (up to 4,000 SQFT. For more, Quote), *parcel line photo, Virtual twilight photo.
- Masterful Marketing – $395
- 25-35 edited listing photos, Walkthrough Tour Video (Horizontal), Social Media Reel, *parcel line photo, Virtual twilight photo.
Real Estate A La Carte:
- Renter’s Spot (10-15 edited photos): $100
- 15-25 Photos (recommended for 800 SQFT and under): $125
- 25-35 Photos (recommended for 800-2,500 SQFT): $150
- 35-45 Photos (2,500 SQFT up to 5,000 SQFT): $175
- Half day rate (for 5,000 SQFT+): $300
- Full day rate (for 5,000 SQFT+): $500
- Walkthrough Tour Video (Horizontal): $150
- Social Media Reel Horizontal (30-60 seconds): $95
- 5 (Unedited) Horizontal Video Clips for Social Media: $50
- 2D Floor Plan (up to 4,000 SQFT. For more, Quote) per floor: $80 *Reach out for a quote on other floor plan interests

Add-Ons / Editing:
- Virtual twilight: $15 per photo
- Object Removal: $20 per photo

*Parcel Line photos are subject to availability. If it is not available, your cost for the parcel line photo will be reimbursed, or you may check in advance by contacting me about the address.
Drone Photos:
Please contact us for subcontracting any needed Drone Shots. This will be a very-soon future investment to offer our customers; however, for now, we are happy to arrange drone photos for you. Reach out for a quote!
Travel Fee: $2/per mile outside of 30 mi. radius of Dillsburg, PA
Rush Fee: $50
Photos are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. Please select the rush fee for anything you need a guarantee to get sooner.
Section 2: Airbnb/Vrbo/Short Term Rentals
Short-term Rental Photos are a mix of professional photos showcasing your space and lifestyle home shots to help your customers envision their stay to excellence.
The prices below reflect photos for the use of your listing of your property on Airbnb/Vrbo/Vacation Rental sites and for your use (the buyer) advertising the property on social media platforms. For any additional uses or ownership for other people, companies, or establishments, please always contact the photographer.
Short Term Rental A La Carte:
- 10-15 edited photos: $175
- 15-25 photos: $225
- 25-35 photos: $275
- 35-45 photos: $315

Construction & Lifestyle Photos include detailed shots to showcase all of the details you worked so hard on. This includes shots to show the space as well as show off any special features you have in your home. Show off those built-ins, farmhouse sinks, & all your details from your coffered ceilings to your toe kicks!
